Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Zealmax Innovations’ two healthcare verticals. The role involves sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain job requisitions, candidate pipelines and hiring workflows using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Utilise AI‑driven sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates efficiently.
• Conduct active sourcing on Naukri.com and LinkedIn, building a robust talent pool.
• Handle job postings, database searches and candidate pipeline management.
• Conduct initial HR screening, negotiate offers and oversee the offer‑to‑joining process.
• Coordinate background verification, reference checks and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, sourcing mix and offer‑to‑joining ratio.
• Support employer branding initiatives on professional platforms.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to work with an ATS and to source candidates through online job portals.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• AI‑driven sourcing and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing experience on Naukri.com.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate outreach.
