Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Amura Marketing Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its fast‑growing MarTech business. You will work from the Pune office, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings and mass mailers for proactive sourcing.
• Maintain recruitment data, ATS records and hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and employee retention initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in digital marketing recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑driven and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals such as Naukri.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
