Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for leadership and business‑critical positions across mid, senior and director levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and strategic roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent requirements and hiring plans.
• Drive sourcing, headhunting, screening and candidate engagement using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Handle multiple hiring mandates while maintaining quality and speed.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in non‑IT recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring for mid, senior and director‑level leadership roles.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
