Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive to lead high‑volume recruitment for Melhor Group’s expanding operations in Goa. The role focuses on rapid end‑to‑end hiring across all functions, building a robust candidate pipeline nationwide and ensuring swift, quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for all departments, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Conduct 10–15 virtual interviews daily to maintain aggressive hiring velocity.
• Close positions within defined timelines with zero tolerance for delays.
• Build and maintain an active Pan‑India candidate pipeline.
• Set up employee database, attendance tracking, payroll and recruitment workflows.
• Train internal teams on HR platforms and ensure full adoption.
• Leverage Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter and emerging AI‑driven sourcing tools.
• Develop employer branding on recruitment platforms.
• Implement AI automation for screening, shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Submit daily performance reports and maintain comprehensive hiring trackers.
• Conduct thorough background checks and enforce strict evaluation standards.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of hands‑on recruitment experience with Pan‑India hiring exposure.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume interviews (10–15 per day) without compromising quality.
• Experience with Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter as primary sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms, preferably Zimyo.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven recruitment tools and automation workflows.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
