Talent Acquisition Executive (Global)

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead global hiring initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning recruitment efforts with the company’s mission to advance healthcare innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design hiring strategies across multiple geographies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Meril as an employer of choice in the life‑sciences sector.
• Standardize recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Leverage recruitment technology platforms to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or pharma.
• Proven track record in global hiring and cross‑border recruitment projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MBA or BBA in Human Resources or related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
