Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Hiring Events

About the role

DoorDash India is looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage large‑scale hiring events for Customer Support roles. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate flow and a strong experience throughout both on‑site and virtual events.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end coordination of on‑site and virtual hiring events, including scheduling, venue logistics, candidate communications and day‑of support.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep high‑volume Customer Support pipelines moving quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessment centers, confirmations and follow‑ups for candidates.
• Track candidates and hiring activity in the ATS, maintaining clean and current records.
• Support reporting on hiring progress, event outcomes, candidate experience and process bottlenecks.
• Work cross‑functionally with TA, HR Operations and business stakeholders to remove friction from the hiring process.
• Help improve recruiting workflows, templates and candidate communications as volume and complexity grow.
• Assist future hiring activations such as university events, apprenticeship campaigns and brand‑led talent outreach.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, event coordination or a fast‑paced administrative role.
• Strong organization, follow‑through and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, ATS systems and shared calendars.
• Bias for action, sound judgment and ability to stay calm when plans change.
• Collaborative style and ability to work across teams in a matrixed environment.
