Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Global TA Operations

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will join the Global TA Operations team supporting 2K Games, Take‑Two and Zynga. Based in the New York office, you will work closely with in‑house recruiters to deliver a smooth, professional interview experience for candidates, both on‑site and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for on‑site and virtual interviews, including travel, accommodations and scheduling.
• Partner with recruiters to enhance candidate experience through timely communication and follow‑up.
• Maintain and update interview processes in the Greenhouse ATS, create scorecards and manage job postings.
• Handle confidential candidate documents and process expense reimbursements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, troubleshooting Greenhouse issues as needed.
• Liaise with hiring managers, internal teams and recruiting groups to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Address support requests, escalating to management when required, and assist with ad‑hoc operations or research projects.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment, preferably within a matrix organization.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
