Talent Acquisition Consultant – UK Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment team based in India and support the UK hiring needs of Version 1. You will work closely with the UK Talent Acquisition team to attract, assess and hire top IT talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand role requirements and source suitable candidates for UK positions.
• Identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn, social networks and other channels.
• Manage inbound applications and ensure a smooth candidate journey from screening to onboarding.
• Report weekly recruitment metrics to the Head of Recruitment (India) and UK Talent Business Partners.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to strengthen the Version 1 employer brand.
• Develop and execute targeted candidate attraction strategies for different business areas.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of end‑to‑end IT recruitment experience, primarily for the UK market.
• Proven ability to create job specifications with stakeholders.
• Strong interview and telephone screening skills.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Open, collaborative mindset and ability to balance individual and team responsibilities.
