Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Bilingual IT Recruiter)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) IT Recruiter to join Fujitsu’s North American Talent Acquisition team. Based in India and working fully remotely, you will support hiring across Canada and the United States, aligning with Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications and skill sets for technical and professional roles.
• Create and publish compelling job postings on internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate HR interviews and assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, provide interview summaries and HR recommendations.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms where appropriate and manage pre‑onboarding activities.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics, pipeline updates and market insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of North American hiring practices and ability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for technical positions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
