Systems Engineer – IT Load Balancer (Open to Persons with Disabilities)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Systems Engineer specializing in IT load balancing to join our Hyderabad team. This position is exclusively open to persons with disabilities and focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining load‑balancing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage load‑balancing solutions to distribute network traffic efficiently.
• Monitor and optimise system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex network and server issues related to load balancing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to introduce new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for load‑balancing configurations and processes.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements for performance and security.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of load‑balancing technologies and network protocols.
• Experience with server management in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Must be a person with a disability, as the role is designated for individuals with disabilities.
