Systems Administrator (Tier 3)

About the role

We are seeking a Tier 3 Systems Administrator to provide high‑level support and manage complex IT infrastructure for our clients. The role involves troubleshooting, cloud migrations, security, and contributing to IT projects while ensuring system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate root‑cause of incidents and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Assess and resolve complex technical problems quickly.
• Migrate clients to private or public cloud environments such as VMware on‑premises or Azure.
• Define, document, implement and monitor network and system security.
• Troubleshoot and manage firewall, network, hardware, software, security and VoIP incidents.
• Build and maintain server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, domain hosting and virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware).
• Provide primary support for enterprise SAN storage (3PAR, Equallogic, Nutanix, Dell).
• Act as escalation point for backup and disaster‑recovery solutions (Veeam), perform DR tests and document results.
• Design, configure and deploy complex networks across sites.
• Analyze network performance, document findings and recommend upgrades.
• Participate in IT project work as required.
