Systems Administrator – Microsoft 365, Windows & Cloud

About the role

As a Systems Administrator within the Empower team, you will provide operational and technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, AWS cloud, and hyper‑converged infrastructure. You will help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment while supporting internal mobility and a flexible work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related services.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, hyper‑converged platforms, and associated compute, storage, and virtualization components.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and technical tickets, ensuring clear documentation and handoff across teams and time zones.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations while maintaining compliance with security and backup policies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of systems administration or enterprise IT support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Strong troubleshooting, customer‑service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
