Systems Administrator – IT Infrastructure

About the role

Telestream is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its IT team in Bangalore. You will support and maintain the company’s internal IT infrastructure, serving a globally distributed, primarily remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Administer on‑premises and AWS cloud systems, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage endpoint devices using MDM solutions for Windows and macOS.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and resolve complex user issues for the APAC region.
• Collaborate with the global IT team on projects, process improvements, and system reliability.
• Serve as an escalation point for help‑desk tickets and ensure timely case closure.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
