System & Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System & Network Administrator to oversee the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure. The role combines server, network, security, and ERP responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data‑protection policies.
• Manage backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Resolve IT tickets and user queries promptly.
• Conduct user training on IT systems and security awareness.
• Support and maintain the SAP B1 ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors for application support, upgrades and license compliance.
• Lead IT projects, system implementations and upgrades.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve business efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, monitor SLA compliance and manage procurement.
• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, documentation and ensure information‑security compliance.
• Conduct periodic IT audits and risk assessments.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
