System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to manage and support the IT infrastructure across our branch network. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and network devices, as well as providing L1/L2 application support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and network equipment such as switches and firewalls at all branch locations.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for core business applications, coordinating with the central application team for updates, patches and version upgrades.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for each branch, handling connectivity issues, UPS incidents and CCTV system support.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to resolve connectivity problems and manage IT assets.
• Travel to branch sites as required and be on‑call for critical incidents.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel and be available on‑call for urgent issues.

Required skills

• L1/L2 technical support.
• Installation and maintenance of laptops and desktops.
• Configuration of network devices, including switches and firewalls.
• IT asset management.
• Basic knowledge of UPS and CCTV systems.
