System Administrator – Server Installation (Banking/Finacle)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to lead server installation and configuration for banking applications, including Finacle and ETL environments. The role involves setting up enterprise infrastructure, supporting migration projects, and ensuring high‑availability operations across production and UAT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers for banking and ETL workloads.
• Support Finacle implementation, migration infrastructure, and related database platforms.
• Coordinate with DBA, network, and infrastructure teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Perform server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Manage storage, backup, and disaster‑recovery setups for critical systems.
• Provide production, UAT, and DR support, ensuring compliance with banking standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise server administration, preferably in the banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of Finacle ecosystem and banking migration projects.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization, storage, and data‑center operations.
• Ability to work onsite with occasional travel as per client/project needs.
