System Administrator (Night Shift)

About the role

TekWissen Group is seeking a proactive System Administrator to join its Hyderabad office on a night‑shift schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining Windows and Linux environments, supporting VOIP services, and ensuring network security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server and client operating systems.
• Configure and support VOIP desk phones, applications, and reporting tools.
• Manage firewalls and routers, including failover, load balancing, VLANs, VPN, and content filtering.
• Handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for end‑users.
• Monitor system performance, security patches, backups, and generate regular health reports.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, licenses, and hardware inventories.
• Assist with vendor coordination and support recruitment ATS tools such as Ceipal and Oorwin.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Windows client OS, and basic Linux administration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and interest in IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
