System Administrator – L2 (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator (L2) to join our night‑shift team in Zirakpur. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our clients' IT environments while supporting internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain system and network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and client users.
• Configure, upgrade, backup, and secure servers and network devices.
• Support cloud and email migration projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in system and network administration, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with MSP tools such as Kaseya and ConnectWise.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
