System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves managing cloud services, on‑premise servers and security infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant – user provisioning, access management and security policies.
• Operate and monitor AWS resources (EC2, IAM) and related services.
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, including patching, backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Configure and manage SonicWall firewall, VPN and related networking components.
• Monitor logs from M365, AWS and servers, respond to security incidents and manage endpoint protection (Trend Micro or equivalent).
• Implement multi‑factor authentication, role‑based access control and the full joiner‑move‑leave user lifecycle.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, audit preparation and documentation.
• Manage VoIP platforms such as Pivo and Twilio, troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure and security.
• Strong understanding of ITIL‑style incident handling and documentation.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 or similar security standards.
• Ability to work independently within the defined shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM).
