System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to join our IT team in Vadodara. The role involves managing cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and supporting communication systems. The position works from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, access policies, and security settings.
• Maintain and monitor AWS resources such as EC2 instances and IAM roles.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, applying patches, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Configure and monitor SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, and related networking components.
• Oversee endpoint protection (e.g., Trend Micro) and enforce MFA and role‑based access controls.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, prepare audit documentation, and respond to security incidents.
• Administer VoIP platforms, including Pivo and Twilio, and troubleshoot telephony issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in system administration.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and audit processes.
• Ability to work the specified shift and handle incident response.
