System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to keep our busy software office running smoothly. The role involves managing hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment while ensuring reliable backup and recovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers, operating systems, and network equipment to prevent downtime.
• Implement and manage security measures, including regular updates and patches.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Manage backup and recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
• Provide first‑line IT support to end‑users, addressing software and hardware queries.
• Participate in special projects and system performance analysis.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration or a related IT role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
