System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to join our IT team in Vadodara. You will be responsible for managing cloud services, on‑premise servers, security infrastructure, and communication systems, ensuring high availability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 – user provisioning, access controls, and security policies.
• Operate AWS resources (EC2, IAM) and monitor performance and cost.
• Maintain Windows and Linux server environments, applying patches and updates.
• Configure and manage SonicWall firewall, VPN, and NAT rules.
• Monitor logs from M365, AWS, and servers; respond to security incidents.
• Manage endpoint protection (Trend Micro or equivalent) and enforce MFA and role‑based access.
• Perform backups, disaster‑recovery testing, and patch management.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, audit preparation, and documentation.
• Handle user lifecycle (joiner‑move‑leave) and enforce RBAC.
• Administer VoIP platforms, Pivo, and Twilio; troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in system administration and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, AWS fundamentals, and networking security.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and incident‑response processes.
• Basic scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Security) are a plus.
