System Administrator

About the role

Acceldata is seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain its growing IT infrastructure. The role ensures systems are secure, scalable, and highly available, supporting teams across multiple platforms in a fast‑paced, cloud‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networks, servers, and related hardware/software.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement proactive improvements to maintain availability and reliability.
• Lead implementation of security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with internal policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party providers for integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident responses.
• Support audits, compliance efforts, and technical evaluations across internal teams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in system administration and end‑user support for Mac and Windows environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑location, high‑availability production environments.
