System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to keep our busy software office running smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining hardware and software resources, ensuring reliable backup and recovery, and providing day‑to‑day IT support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular analysis to prevent downtime.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware, operating systems, and telecommunication equipment.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including backup and recovery plans.
• Provide first‑line support to users, troubleshoot software issues, and answer technical queries.
• Participate in special projects, system upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Assist with the implementation of security policies and system monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
