System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and secure our multi‑platform IT environment. The successful candidate will work across Linux, macOS and Windows systems, ensuring high availability, performance and security of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers on Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), macOS and Windows.
• Maintain network infrastructure – routing, switching, VPN, VLAN and Wi‑Fi access points.
• Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS and other security protocols.
• Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops and servers.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and policies via Active Directory and LDAP.
• Monitor system performance, logs and uptime; conduct capacity planning.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
• Document configurations, SOPs and change management.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
