System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator who takes ownership of the organization’s IT environment. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, supports end‑users, and ensures the reliability of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi equipment.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR units, and recording devices.
• Administer Google Workspace – create user accounts, manage permissions, and support collaboration tools.
• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT incidents.
• Upgrade and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and coordinate vendor repairs and procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Configuration of routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi devices.
• CCTV hardware setup and maintenance.
• Google Workspace administration.
• IT asset management.
