System Administrator (Full-Time, Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage software, hardware, and network components, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to keep services running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and hardware devices.
• Monitor system performance and maintain servers according to defined requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to outages to minimize downtime.
• Upgrade existing systems with new releases, patches, and hardware models.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in system or network administration.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and resourcefulness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• MCSE certification (preferred).
• CCNA certification (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with various operating systems and platforms.
• Solid hardware knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
