System Administrator – Cloud, Networking & Hardware

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and optimise our IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and cloud environments. The role involves ensuring high system availability, providing technical support, and contributing to security and performance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, LAN/WAN networking, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, O365).
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end‑users and handle hardware upgrades/replacements.
• Implement IT security measures and manage backup & recovery processes.
• Maintain IT documentation and support continuous infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of hands‑on System Administration experience.
• Currently residing in Vadodara or nearby cities; immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
