System Administrator – Cloud & Infrastructure (Vadodara)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage our cloud and on‑premise infrastructure in Vadodara. The role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Microsoft 365, AWS services, and server environments while supporting ISO 27001 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 (user provisioning, access control, security policies).
• Operate and monitor AWS infrastructure, including EC2 instances and IAM.
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, applying patches, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Configure and manage SonicWall firewall, VPN, and NAT settings.
• Monitor logs from M365, AWS, and servers; respond to security incidents.
• Manage endpoint protection tools such as Trend Micro.
• Implement MFA, role‑based access control, and the Joiner‑Move‑Leave lifecycle.
• Support ISO 27001 audits and documentation.
• Oversee VoIP platforms (Pivo, Twilio), troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in system administration or related IT roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and AWS fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and NAT.
• Familiarity with security best practices and incident handling.
• Basic scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash.
