System Administrator – BMME Environment

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our Business Management and Monitoring Environment (BMME) platform. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability while supporting end‑users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain BMME system software and hardware.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and apply updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Implement and test backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Enforce security policies, conduct audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Deliver training on the BMME system to new joiners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably with BMME or similar environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive approach to system management.

Required skills

• System administration (installation, configuration, maintenance).
• Operating systems: Windows and Linux.
• Virtualization technologies.
• Database management: SQL Server, MySQL.
• Backup and recovery tools.
• Network protocols, security principles and firewall configurations.
• BMME system management.
