Sustainability Specialist

About the role

RIB is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to lead its environmental data backbone and drive emissions‑reduction initiatives across its Indian locations. You will own the GHG footprint methodology, ensure data quality, and provide transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse GHG data from Finance, Travel, Real Estate and other teams, maintaining methodology and audit trails.
• Increase automation and data controls using emerging tooling and AI.
• Define, manage and track emissions‑reduction projects, coordinating owners, timelines and progress.
• Produce regular dashboards and SharePoint‑based reports on reduction targets.
• Coordinate CSRD data collection and reporting with Schneider Electric, improving processes through automation and validation.
• Lead SSI data collection for the SE Imagine 2030 initiative, continuously enhancing reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental data management or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and drive results.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data integrity.
