About the role

We are seeking a talented Sushi & Dim Sum Chef to join the culinary team at Arena Brewhouse and Daffy's Brew Garden in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering authentic Japanese and Chinese small‑plate dishes while upholding the brand’s high standards for quality and presentation. The successful candidate will become part of a growing hospitality team that values creativity, discipline and excellence in service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and dim sum items according to established recipes.
• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal for all dishes served.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage workflow and meet service demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in preparing sushi, sashimi and dim sum.
