About the role
AFRY is seeking a Surveying Engineer to join its Design Center, working closely with Swedish surveying teams on infrastructure and urban development projects. The role focuses on processing geodetic data, point clouds, and delivering design‑ready models.
Key responsibilities
- Process point cloud data (LAS/E57) into structured CAD drawings.
- Create terrain models (DTM) and breaklines.
- Model infrastructure objects and prepare deliverables in DWG and LandXML.
- Perform quality control, highlight uncertainties, and improve workflows and standards.
- Collaborate with Swedish teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Required profile
- Degree in Geomatics, Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Experience handling point cloud data (LAS/E57).
- Good command of English.
