About the role
We are looking for a Support Surface Treatment professional to assist the production line with daily reporting, machine operation and quality inspection. The role ensures smooth hand‑over between shifts and maintains safety documentation while supporting manpower coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily production reports and shift hand‑over documents.
- Operate surface‑treatment machinery according to standard procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections of processed parts and record findings.
- Create and update safety documents required for operations.
- Assist in manpower handling and coordinate with team members.
Required profile
- Strong decision‑making ability, especially under pressure.
- People‑oriented mindset with the capacity to guide and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Required skills
