About the role
The Support Pack & Warehouse Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth packaging, warehouse, and inventory processes while driving efficiency and quality across the supply chain. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high standards of productivity and cost reduction.
Key responsibilities
- Packaging of finished goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Vendor management to coordinate supplies and maintain service levels.
- Implement system and productivity improvements aimed at cost reduction.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including space utilization and workflow optimization.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Drive packaging innovation, provide training, and develop skill sets for the team.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold product standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- High adaptability and learning agility.
- Proven experience in packaging, warehouse, or inventory management environments.
