Supply Specialist – Inbound Materials & Logistics

About the role

As a Supply Specialist you will ensure that inbound materials are available on time for our factories and hubs while keeping logistics costs under control. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee timely inbound material availability and optimize logistics costs.
• Execute and manage purchase orders, collaborating on forecasts with internal and external suppliers.
• Monitor material shortages and lead times, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock level reviews and excess/obsolete reporting.
• Maintain procurement data to support operational efficiency.
• Implement inbound logistics strategies according to the established roadmap.
• Analyze data to identify solutions and resolve common supply issues.
• Provide first‑level supplier management and lead supplier communications independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in purchasing, inbound supply chain management or materials management.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP MM module.
• Experience with inventory optimization techniques and exceptions management (e.g., GR‑IR).
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work independently.
