Supply Service Associate II

About the role

The Supply Service Associate II will act as the single point of contact for finished‑goods order management, linking the site with Teva’s global packing locations. The role focuses on order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and maintaining product availability through proactive order book management.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, consolidate and review monthly forecasts and purchase orders from packing sites.
• Manage relationships with packing sites to identify and resolve supply gaps, preventing stock‑outs.
• Provide inputs for the monthly production plan to achieve site bulk OTIF > 90%.
• Prepare detailed dispatch plans and coordinate execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in weekly review calls, communicate delivery status and highlight risks.
• Analyze demand‑supply variance and maintain governance on back‑orders and out‑of‑stock items.
• Support scenario planning, risk assessments and mitigation actions.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in customer supply chain, preferably within pharmaceutical formulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Kinaxis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with supply chain performance analytics and cGMP compliance.
