Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a talented Supply Planning Specialist to join its global team. In this role you will analyse complex data, develop production plans and optimise inventory to support the company’s growth and ensure on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out weekly and monthly production plans to factories.
• Manage inventory at optimal levels, preventing slow‑moving stock and stock‑outs.
• Drive S&OP planning and define stock policies.
• Maintain high OTIF (On‑Time In‑Full) performance.
• Monitor production adherence through plan‑vs‑actual reviews and collaboration calls with factories.
• Coordinate communication across MRP, demand, QA, distribution and project management teams.
• Ensure material availability by following up with the MRP team.
• Work with QA to secure timely batch releases and avoid out‑of‑stock situations.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in supply planning, S&OP or related logistics functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and making business decisions.
