Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will support Tommy Hilfiger’s regional markets by ensuring product availability in distribution centers through effective vendor collaboration and capacity management. You will act as a key liaison between PVH affiliates and suppliers to drive on‑time delivery and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the seasonal planning process with vendors for both EU and NA markets, targeting high On‑Time Availability (OTA) and in‑DC performance.
• Collaborate with vendors to report weekly production volumes, factory utilization, and other key production metrics.
• Negotiate vendor capacity and allocation based on PVH’s requested ACDs and forecast needs.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, manage exceptions, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Support system administration and contribute to the improvement of operational KPIs.
• Work closely with strategic raw‑material planning to enhance speed and flexibility of the supply chain.
• Contribute to the overall PVH+ Plan by providing accurate supply projections.

Required profile

• Experience in supply planning, vendor management, or related logistics functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret production data.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure capacity and meet delivery targets.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply‑chain planning systems (e.g., ERP or specialized planning tools).
