Supply Planner – Full‑Time Permanent Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Planner to join our supply chain team. You will work closely with demand analysts, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Demand Analyst to validate supply plans and communicate constraints.
• Generate purchase orders, monitor expenditures, chase outstanding orders and manage vendor performance.
• Track inventory targets, redistribute excess stock, and address slow‑moving items using Inventory Quality Reports.
• Handle customer availability inquiries, monitor fill rates and perform root‑cause analysis on missed lines.
• Support New Product Introductions, promotions and coordinate with product marketing.
• Organise monthly Collaborative Supply Operation Planning meetings and drive lean supply initiatives.
• Maintain clean material master data and monitor forecast availability databases.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a supply chain environment, including at least 2 years in inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (material master data, MRP).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficient in SAP (material master, MRP).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Power BI visualization skills (plus).
