Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a future‑ready Supply Chain Manager to own and transform the end‑to‑end material and logistics ecosystem for Siemens. The role covers supplier planning, material availability, warehouse and stores operations, order management, dispatch and logistics, with a focus on building a lean, digital, cost‑effective and sustainable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and stores operations for raw material, work‑in‑progress, finished goods, packing materials and critical spares.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy using FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, bin and visual management.
• Implement 5S, Lean Warehouse practices, space optimisation and material‑flow improvements.
• Drive material planning through MRP, demand planning, safety stock, reorder parameters and inventory segmentation.
• Identify shortages, bottlenecks and long‑lead components, and manage escalation processes.
• Lead supplier planning, scheduling and delivery performance, develop scorecards and improve lead times, MOQ and reliability.
• Develop alternate sources and risk‑mitigation plans for critical materials.
• Plan and coordinate imported materials, considering lead time, transit, customs clearance and supply risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain, warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance material availability and inventory investment.
• Leadership skills to drive cross‑functional teams and supplier partnerships.
• Commitment to sustainability, digitalisation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• MRP systems and demand‑planning tools.
• Inventory management techniques including FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting and bin management.
• Lean methodology and 5S implementation.
• Supplier scorecard development and performance monitoring.
