Supply Chain Regional Customer Care Manager – Mumbai

About the role

As the Supply Chain Regional Customer Care Manager, you will act as the primary bridge between L’Oréal’s supply chain functions and key customers in General Trade, CSD, and Institutional channels across the region. Reporting to the Customer Care Lead, you will drive customer satisfaction, ensure product availability, and support the launch of promotions and new products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with customers and commercial teams to maximise product availability and catalogue management.
• Lead supply‑chain transformation projects, identifying opportunities for automation, cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Planning and Finance to align strategies.
• Prepare and analyse supply‑chain data to generate insights, recommend process improvements and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical professional with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply‑chain management, preferably in Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
• MBA from a recognised institute and fluency in English.
