Supply Chain Quality Manager – Procurement

About the role

The Supply Chain Quality Manager will be embedded within Airbus’s General Procurement team in Bengaluru. You will work closely with buyers and multi‑functional teams to ensure supplier quality, on‑time delivery and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve supplier performance on quality and delivery to meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance of suppliers with Airbus regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement supplier improvement projects to mitigate structural issues.
• Participate in supplier selection, contract setup and ongoing contract management.
• Identify risks at the supplier level and drive corrective action plans.
• Support internal and external audits, including EASA activities.
• Lead supplier recovery initiatives and manage improvement projects to enhance industrial maturity.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes such as sourcing, tendering, and supplier onboarding.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.
• Project‑management experience with a track record of meeting timelines.
