Supply Chain Planning Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Executive will support end‑to‑end supply chain planning, ensuring high product availability and optimal inventory levels across plants and distribution sites. This role coordinates production planning, inventory management, S&OP, and dispatch activities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate production plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.
• Support the monthly S&OP process with planning inputs, MIS, and management reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and replenishment across plants and distribution locations.
• Coordinate inter‑plant transfers, charging operations, and dispatch planning to ensure timely product availability.
• Track order fulfilment, dispatch execution, and supply performance while resolving planning exceptions.
• Generate planning dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports to aid business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, QA, and Regional teams for seamless execution.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, inventory optimisation, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline with an MBA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or related functions.
