Supply Chain Planner – Inventory & Replenishment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to own the day‑to‑day replenishment and purchase‑order planning for our fast‑growing home‑textile brand. You will ensure inventory stays ahead of demand across Amazon, Walmart and our own DTC store by coordinating dual‑source orders, in‑transit netting and shortage allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly replenishment for Amazon, Walmart and the company website, translating demand and cover positions into purchase and production orders.
• Plan purchase orders with our India factory and China suppliers, balancing lead times, minimum order quantities and capacity.
• Apply container and order‑quantity logic to ship cost‑efficient volumes.
• Track the China purchase‑order pipeline, netting in‑transit stock against demand.
• Allocate constrained stock across channels by revenue priority to protect high‑margin products.
• Monitor weeks of cover and net order days, flagging stock‑out risk early.
• Provide planning inputs for launches, promotions and seasonal peaks and follow up with factories and suppliers on production and dispatch.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on inventory or replenishment planning experience with a personal product portfolio.
• Deep understanding of cover, weeks of inventory, sell‑through, safety stock, lead times, minimum order quantities and container logic.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers or factories; China experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and persistence in follow‑up.
• Based in the Mumbai region or willing to relocate to Thane.
