Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service operations. You will help clients achieve high ROI by optimizing fulfillment processes, inventory flow and logistics execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Design and deploy new processes and technologies in operating model design, network/flow path modeling, global trade, transportation and warehouse management.
• Utilize WMS/TMS tools to improve customer service and reduce operating costs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and implement solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with reporting tools and WMS/TMS technologies.
