Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at Trident Pneumatics Private Limited, part of the Atlas Copco Group, you will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for air and gas equipment production. You will ensure that demand, procurement, logistics and risk are aligned to meet customer and production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to balance inventory levels and cost.
• Develop and manage sourcing, procurement and supplier contracts for direct and indirect materials.
• Plan and coordinate logistics, freight optimisation and 3PL partnerships to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, production, quality and engineering to resolve bottlenecks and maintain service levels.
• Identify supply continuity risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Analyse performance data, report KPIs such as on‑time delivery, lead‑time reduction and freight cost, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional relationships.
