Supply Chain Finance Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Finance Manager will establish and drive finance, business controls, and analytics across the organisation. This role provides financial oversight for procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and overall supply chain operations, ensuring robust controls and profitability visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly P&L reports by category, business unit, SKU and channel.
• Monitor gross margins, identify leakage and conduct variance analysis against budgets.
• Own end‑to‑end SKU costing, validate BOM, landed, packaging and conversion costs.
• Review and validate MRP and pricing structures, assessing profitability impact of new products, packaging changes and vendor shifts.
• Support commercial decisions through detailed financial analysis.
• Monitor procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and packaging costs, tracking key cost drivers.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, drive cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor logistics cost as a percentage of sales.

Required profile

• Ability to translate operational activities into actionable financial insights.
• Experience acting as a bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on profitability, cost governance and process compliance.
