Supply Chain Executive – Dispatch, Delivery & PO Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to own end‑to‑end dispatch, delivery and purchase‑order operations for our fast‑growing quick‑commerce and B2B business in Vadodara. You will coordinate daily order releases, manage PO intake, and ensure on‑time, accurate deliveries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Release and schedule every order daily across B2B, quick‑commerce and marketplace channels, respecting cut‑offs.
• Perform right‑first‑time checks on SKU, blend, grammage, quantity, batch and destination before shipment.
• Route orders to the appropriate lane (dark store, fulfillment centre, distributor) and sequence them against appointment windows and SLA requirements.
• Handle exceptions such as short‑ships, damages, returns‑to‑origin, rejected inbound shipments and appointment failures without disrupting the dispatch queue.
• Own the PO management system, reconcile inbound and outbound POs, and ingest CSV feeds from partners like Blinkit and Zepto.
• Select, onboard and score 3PL and last‑mile vendors, negotiate freight and per‑order rates, and keep landed cost per order under target.
• Synchronise dispatch with production, position stock against demand and raise blockers early with recommended solutions.
• Maintain SOPs, track OTIF, TAT and fill‑rate metrics on a live dashboard and publish weekly reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by consolidating freight, optimising routes and redesigning workflows to handle 2‑3× volume with the same headcount.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in end‑to‑end dispatch and fulfilment for quick‑commerce, marketplace or trade distribution.
• Hands‑on experience with PO processing, CSV ingestion and PO reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian supply‑chain lanes, 3PL landscape and dispatch documentation (invoicing, e‑way bill, appointment rules).
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable working under dispatch pressure and able to negotiate freight rates.
• System‑builder mindset with the ability to own the full flow from dock to delivery.
