Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support internal customers by managing orders, resolving issues and acting as the first point of contact for the Supply Chain Management Business Unit. This role ensures that the Supply Chain & Repair function meets delivery targets and provides analysis and feedback to procurement, forecasting and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for regional customers handling standard and urgent "down turbine" orders.
• Participate in daily turbine down calls, coordinate with site managers and service teams to guarantee same‑day shipment.
• Manage return processes, analyse stock levels and financial impact, and recommend material acceptance.
• Process direct‑ship and drop‑ship orders, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Engage technical resources to resolve issues and liaise with technology and PLM teams.
• Provide customer follow‑up to optimise delivery and handle expediting requirements.
• Receive, process and close NCRs, redirect construction PRs, and support container and tooling requests.
• Measure and report KPI’s related to on‑time delivery and service level support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a global supply chain function, preferably in customer service, order management or spare‑parts environment.
• Hands‑on experience applying supply chain principles, reporting and KPI management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• ERP/MRP systems experience (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
